Cement one coat
Exterior use, one-layer renders function as multi-layer exterior plastering systems (base renders and decorative finish coatings). They are generally coloured and are specified as monocouche or monocapa. Formulation of these products varies from region to region.
Tylose® MC is added to optimise workability, water retention, and adhesion. Furthermore,water-repelling agents, air entraining agents, and sometimes fibres are added. To improve abrasion and adhesion, emulsion powder can be added.

Building materials
Tylose® is an essential component in many building materials. It is mainly responsible for water retention, consistency and adhesion. The homogeneity, stability and workability of mortars are improved by the use of Tylose®. Using Tylose® enables the manufacturing of modern and efficient construction materials, such as machine plasters and thin bed adhesives.
