The Hostaperm range comprises the organic pigments,which are noted for very high fastness properties. Suitable grades are listed on the basis of excellent light and weathering fastness and satisfactory migration fastness.

Novoperm is the name for pigments with above-average fastness properties.These tried and tested products are suitable – depending on the grade – for use in the paint and printing ink industries when the pigments have to meet special requirements.

This group comprises pigments that vary in fastness properties.Because of their high tinctorial strength, good gloss and excellent chemical resistance coupled with largely good light fastness the Permanent Yellow and Orange pigments are of particular interest to the printing ink industry.

The Hansa Yellow pigments are noted for very good light fastness. Use of the Hansa Red grad s should be restricted to full-shade colorations. The Hansa pigments do not have adequate fastness to overpainting

These pigments have very high tinctorial strength but low general fastness properties. They are used primarily for tinting black printing inks. Individual grades are also used for tinting carbon papers and typewriter ribbons in the office supplies industry.
